Service Description
Explore individualized peptide wellness guidance and ongoing support through Restor-Essence Mind + Body. Choose the way to begin that suits you. Your first visit includes a longer consultation and your virtual good faith exam, so it is priced higher than refills and monthly check-ins, which are shorter visits. The good faith exam is included in your first-visit or enrollment price. It is not billed separately, though it is $30 when booked on its own. Pay as you go: $125 for your first visit, which includes a private consultation and a virtual good faith exam. After your first visit, it is $59 to extend a cycle or add a peptide. Cycle refills are included. There is no monthly fee. 3-month membership: $89/month. $164 is due at enrollment, covering your first month plus a $75 consultation and good faith exam. Includes monthly check-ins and access to Anastasia. Annual membership: $79/month. $154 is due at enrollment, covering your first month plus a $75 consultation and good faith exam. Includes monthly check-ins, access to Anastasia, and your next year's good faith exam renewal. Medication is purchased separately at the pharmacy's price, with no markup from us. Labs and other services are billed separately. A virtual good faith exam with a licensed nurse practitioner is renewed annually on all plans. Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your total. Once your appointment is confirmed, we send a secure payment link, and the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Deposits not received within 24 hours of confirmation may release the time to another client. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be applied to your new visit or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or not being available when your nurse arrives will forfeit the deposit. Services cannot be refunded once they have been provided. If your good faith exam or health screening shows that a treatment is not right for you, we will refund your deposit or apply it to a service that is. Prescription medication is purchased through the pharmacy and follows the pharmacy's policies. Group and event bookings have their own terms. A deposit of $50 per guest is applied to your final total. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may have the deposit applied to a future booking or refunded, and cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. If a guest can no longer attend, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead, and their deposit will be applied to a future visit. Memberships have their own terms, listed with each membership.
