A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is required before treatment to ensure your safety and eligibility. For IVs, NAD+, and Boosters, a $30 exam is required once yearly. For the Weight Loss Program, a $30 exam is required every 6 months. This compliance requirement cannot be waived.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We don't offer refunds once services are rendered.

We don't treat minors under 15. For those 15 and older, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the Good Faith Exam and all treatments.

Our Wellness Membership includes 2 IV drips and 1 booster each month for $345. It's billed automatically on the 1st or 15th (your choice). Unused IVs or boosters don't roll over to the next month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
