At Restor-Essence Mind + Body, your safety comes first. In keeping with Texas state regulations, all new clients are required to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with a licensed medical provider before beginning treatment..

What is a Good Faith Exam?

A Good Faith Exam is a brief health assessment performed by a qualified medical professional. It confirms that IV therapy, NAD+ infusions, peptide therapy, or weight management medications are safe and appropriate for you, based on your medical history, current health status, and goals.

Cost & Scheduling

The Good Faith Exam costs $30 when scheduled on its own. It is a state requirement for new clients and may be conducted virtually. Once it is completed, you can continue receiving treatments without repeating the exam for 12 months (6 months for GLP-1), unless there are significant changes to your health. For peptide wellness, the exam is included in your first-visit or enrollment price. As a courtesy, we include a $30 IV add-in of your choice when you complete your Good Faith Exam.
