IV Wellness Membership
A regular rhythm of care, brought to you.
Service Description
A monthly IV delivered to your home, office, or preferred location by our nurse-led team. Includes one signature IV, one booster, and priority scheduling each month. $199 per month with a 3-month minimum. Billing is automatic on the 1st or the 15th. No deposit is required for members. Visits do not roll over. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to keep a visit within the same month. After the minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. A travel fee applies to locations more than 30 miles from Cypress. Every new client completes a good-faith exam before treatment ($30; renews annually). Enrollment occurs only after approval. Cancellation Policy
The IV Wellness Membership is $199 per month with a 3-month minimum. Billing is automatic on the 1st or the 15th, whichever you prefer. No deposit is required for members. Please cancel or reschedule a monthly visit at least 24 hours in advance to keep it within the same month. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows count as that month's visit. Visits do not roll over to the next month. After the minimum, you may cancel the membership at any time with 30 days' notice. Enrollment follows your good faith exam and approval. A travel fee applies to locations more than 30 miles from Cypress. Services cannot be refunded once they have been provided. Prescription medication is not part of the membership.
