Our personalized GLP-1 program combines medical oversight, ongoing support, and healthy lifestyle guidance to help you work toward sustainable results. Your Program Includes: - Individualized weight-management planning - Prescribed GLP-1 medication when medically appropriate - Regular progress monitoring and follow-up check-ins - Nutrition and protein intake guidance - Support for maintaining lean muscle during weight loss - Ongoing treatment and dosage assessments Program Pricing: Three-month programs start at $680, including medication and program support. Pricing varies depending on the prescribed medication, dosage, and individual treatment needs. Higher doses may cost more. Please note: All prescription treatments require medical evaluation and approval by an authorized healthcare provider. Medication is provided only when clinically appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your total. Once your appointment is confirmed, we send a secure payment link, and the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Deposits not received within 24 hours of confirmation may release the time to another client. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be applied to your new visit or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or not being available when your nurse arrives will forfeit the deposit. Services cannot be refunded once they have been provided. If your good faith exam or health screening shows that a treatment is not right for you, we will refund your deposit or apply it to a service that is. Prescription medication is purchased through the pharmacy and follows the pharmacy's policies. Group and event bookings have their own terms. A deposit of $50 per guest is applied to your final total. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may have the deposit applied to a future booking or refunded, and cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. If a guest can no longer attend, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead, and their deposit will be applied to a future visit. Memberships have their own terms, listed with each membership.
